This is an overdue thank you to the Friends of the Chappaqua Library for all of their hard work on the recent book sale that took place at the Library.

Thank you for your confidence and support for the work that we do at Chappaqua Library. We are thrilled that our budget for next year has overwhelmingly passed. It is a privilege to serve this community and we look forward to continuing to do so to the best of our ability.

A message from the Library Director — I am thrilled to be here at Chappaqua Library.

In celebration of Earth Day (April 22) the New Castle Sustainability Advisory Board (SAB) created an exhibit featuring resources to help support sustainability.

In celebration of the 150th Anniversary of the Westchester County Historical Society (WCHS), a digital exhibit featuring treasures from the WCHS collection is on view now at the library until April 2, 2024.

The Library has added The New York Times - All Access for personal online access to a leading independent source for news and award-winning journalism.

The Friends of the Chappaqua Library announced the 44th Annual Young Writers Contest in February.

Students in grades 5-12, who live in and/or attend school in the Chappaqua School District may enter their work. 

Starting November 2, 2023, the Library will open at a new time on Thursdays, 10:00 am - 8:00 pm.
