A Belated Thank You to Our Friends!

This is an overdue thank you to the Friends of the Chappaqua Library for all of their hard work on the recent book sale that took place at the Library.

It was a record year—$24,925 was raised!

The Friends Book Sale Fundraiser is an all volunteer event and the amount of time, effort, and organization to execute an event like this is overwhelming to say the least. Without their efforts, Chappaqua Library would not have many of the extra perks that they help to fund. Most recently, they have purchased new clear dry erase boards that will be hung in each of our study rooms very soon, and they will be funding the design upgrades in the Kids Room, which is planned for this fall.

We are very grateful to each member of the Friends and everything that they have done and continue to do for us. My hat is off to them!
