Chappaqua is looking into increasing Hoopla usage for Chappaqua patrons but it can't be done until the larger issue of consortium borrows is resolved.

Beginning February 1, 2026 the borrows for Hoopla and Kanopy will be updated for all Westchester library cardholders.
- 3 borrows per month
- Bonus Borrows available the last week & unlimited views on BingePass collections.
- Titles are searchable in the library's catalog and on Hoopla.
- 5 tickets per month
