Each Tuesday the program will alternate between Mandarin conversation and instruction led by Luis Deng. Learn to recognize 500 of the most commonly used Chinese characters. 

A basic knowledge of Chinese is required.

An opportunity for people who already speak some Italian to practice and improve their skills in a friendly setting.

Come learn basic sewing skills with an experienced teacher. All experience levels welcome.

A Vegetable Garden Workshop for older elementary through Middle School.   We will plant Courtyard Pea Containers and prepare the tomato trellis container to plant in May.

Writing Your Obsession: A Poetry Workshop

How do we take an obsession, something that occupies or besieges us, and turn it into poetry?

A little program for the littles in our community!  This program is for ages 2-5 with a adult (no registration required).

This month- Counting Caterpillars!! Celebrate spring, practice counting & create art!

Test your Pokémon knowledge with some Pokémon trivia then help design trivia questions for younger kids for later this month! 

This program is for 5th through 8th grade

Mah Jongg for players with knowledge of the game.

Come with your own group or be matched up with others.

Kits: The Library has 2 sets. Please bring a Mah Jongg set if you have one.

Registration is optional.

Qi Gong is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine which views and treats the body and mind as a whole. Qi Gong involves flowing, rhythmic, and gentle movements along with deep breathing and meditative focus.
