Qi Gong is a part of Traditional Chinese Medicine which views and treats the body and mind as a whole. Qi Gong involves flowing, rhythmic, and gentle movements along with deep breathing and meditative focus. This gentle practice is suitable for all levels of fitness.

How to pronounce Qi Gong
Qì say “chee” like in “cheese” and go down with your tone. Gōng say “gung” and stay at the same level with your tone
Jian Yang Rong is a certified Qi Gong Therapist and instructor. She received a Qi Gong Therapist’s certification in 2006. Jian teaches Tai Chi 24 forms, Tai Chi sword and a variety of Qi Gong exercises as well as offering private Qi Gong Therapy.
