Learn paper piecing, a form of patchwork sewing that allows you to create precise, intricate designs.
April 23: Lecture on quilting at the New Castle Historical Society. Attendees will be sent home with graph paper so they can start planning their quilt block.
April 30: Cutting and glueing hexes
May 21: Beginning sewing
May 28: The sewing continues
June 11: Sewing continues, introduction to appliqué.
June 18: Quilting: Adding batting and backing
June 25: Binding
Attendees must have attend one of the first two sessions to participate.
