The competition was fierce, the paddles were flying, and our very own Amy Berger and Julie Ann Polasko came out swinging—landing an impressive 3rd place finish at a ping pong tournament that took place during the 2025 American Library Association Conference in Philadelphia.
Between panel discussions, book signings, and navigating the maze of exhibits, these two still found time to rally (literally) and bring their A-game to the table. With teamwork, focus, and a few killer spin shots, they reminded us all that librarians are full of surprises—and serious skills.
We're incredibly proud of their performance and the fun, friendly spirit they brought to the event. Let’s hear it for our champions of the stacks and the sport!
