Preserved lemon
Stop by the reference desk the 2 weeks before the potluck to pickup your spice. Prepare a dish using the spice and bring it to the potluck to share.
We will be distributing the ingredient for the February meeting at the January potlock. We purchased cocoa powder from Vermont Nut Free to avoid cross contamination with nuts. To keep everyone safe you will not be able to use your own supplies when cooking with chocolate.
