Honoring Black History Month with an author talk with Dorothee von Huene Greenberg to discuss a rarely mentioned track of the Underground Railroad in New York.

When Dorothee von Huene Greenberg, Ph.D., learned that the Underground Railroad had a documented station in Pleasantville, NY, she decided to research the topic and write the book Flight to Freedom: The Underground Railroad in New York's Westchester and Dutchess Counties and Beyond. The focus of this book is a rarely mentioned track of the Underground Railroad in New York. The book contains many images and also new facts about the persons involved.
