for the Friends Annual Book Sale (June 2-8)!  Sign up at the Reference desk if you are interested in helping.

iSYNCS/iVIDEOS, FOREIGN LANGUAGE INSTRUCTION FOR USE ON YOUR iPODs, NANOS, OR iPHONES HAVE ARRIVED!

Based on the popular "Learn in Your Car" series of language instruction, these cds and dvds can be played on your iPod, iPod Nano or iPhone, or on your computer or other digital media device. They are available in French, Spanish, Italian, German, and Mandarin Chinese. Look for them in the language section (400's in nonfiction).

We're located at 195 South Greeley Avenue in Chappaqua, New York - right across from Town Hall and the Police station.

Book Sale

We need your book and AV donations.  No textbooks or periodicals please.

DONATIONS ACCEPTED ONLY on Monday, June 2 and Tuesday, June 3 from 10am to 8pm.  Please use the theater entrance to drop off your donations.

Sale Days: June 4-8

Wednesday, June 4 - 6:30 - 8:30pm. Preview sale for Friends only.  Join at the door ($30) or renew now.

Thursday, June 5 - 10am - 8pm.  Sale open to the public.

Friday, June 6 - 10am - 8pm.  Sale open to the public.

Saturday, June 7 - 10am - 5pm.  All remaining items half price.

Sunday, June 8 - 1 - 3pm.  All remaining items FREE.

All monies raised benefit the library.  The library staff and board of trustees are profoundly grateful to the Friends and volunteers who worked so hard to make the book sale such a success.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE BOOKS WHICH ARE NOT SOLD?

Between 11:00 and 1:00 on Sunday not-for-profit organizations are invited to come and take any books they can use. At 1:00 the public is allowed to come and take any items leftover.
